I thought perhaps, a day where people might try jobs. Someone who currently works in the kitchen letting new people try cooking, someone versed in medicine talking about how training works in their world and letting people try things (safely!). We'd need some volunteers to help us, but I'd like to think I'm reasonably persuasive.
